Winland management team has 10 years development experience in Metro Vancouver, and 20 years real estate development experience in China. We did land development and residential developments located in Vancouver east side, Surrey center, South Surrey, and Burnaby.

We also managed some projects in Beijing, China, including1,140,000sqf office tower, 10,000sqf commercial buildings, and 2,200 units high-rise apartments.
